Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the details you give on keni.nz. It is a plain-language summary, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you request an appraisal we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone and email, the property address and details, when you are thinking of selling, and any notes. The address search shows the council rating valuation for the address you pick, and we keep that with your request. For ad visits we also record which campaign you came from.

How we use it

Only to get in touch with you about your appraisal and, if you choose, help you with buying or selling. Your request is emailed to Keni Matagi at Harcourts The Palms, and kept in a private database on Cloudflare so it can be followed up. We do not sell your details.

Who can see it

Keni Matagi and the person who runs this website. Cloudflare provides the hosting and database, and email is sent through Cloudflare.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies for visitors. If advertising tools such as the Meta pixel are added to measure ads, this page will be updated to say so.

Seeing or removing your details

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email keni.matagi@harcourts.co.nz or call 021 082 69272.
